Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Akeiy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Akeiy for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and authentication

You may sign in through Google or Apple. You are responsible for protecting access to your provider account, device and Akeiy session, and for activity performed through your Akeiy account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Google and Apple are independent identity providers. Their services and terms apply to your use of their authentication systems. Akeiy may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect an account or the service.

3. Akeiy and AI-generated results

Akeiy provides automated image, video and creative tools. Generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results and determining whether your use complies with law, platform rules and third-party rights.

We may modify, add or remove features and may apply reasonable usage, file-size, safety or technical limits.

4. Your content

You retain the rights you hold in images, prompts and other content you submit. You grant Akeiy a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the results you request.

You represent that you have all permissions necessary to upload and process your content, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity and depicted individuals.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Akeiy to:

• Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
• Create or distribute sexual exploitation material, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or content that facilitates abuse or harassment.
• Impersonate, deceive, defraud or mislead others, including through undisclosed deceptive synthetic media.
• Upload malware, attack the service, evade safety controls, scrape at scale or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer or extract models, source code or confidential components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

6. Akeiy intellectual property

Akeiy and its licensors own the service, software, interface, trademarks and related materials, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service.

7. Third-party services

Akeiy may rely on or link to third-party authentication, infrastructure, storage or AI services. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

8. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using Akeiy at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akeiy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akeiy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid Akeiy for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Akeiy changes. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
